Introduction
Cecilia graduated from The University of Hong Kong and currently works as a consultant, heading our Property Development Department, where she manages project acquisition and the sale of land and properties for renowned real estate developers.

Cecilia has extensive experience in dealing with development and redevelopment projects. She regularly represents prominent real estate developers in originating, negotiating, and preparing documentation and agreements for project developments. Her expertise is wide-ranging and covers land exchange in-situ, real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as the preparation of documentation for deeds of mutual covenants or grant, public dedication of land and project sales.
